Reflections - Rachel Loke, Group 3

1. What was the most memorable and educational activity or highlight of this field trip?

It would definitely be the time spent at Flatford Mill. I learnt a lot of Geography-based content, like river studies and coastal studies. We really got 'down and dirty' and did various studies. This really helped us gained a better understanding rather than just reading the textbooks. We also wouldn't much be able to do such field work in Singapore. Overall, the whole stay in Flatford was the most memorable, from our Willy Lott's House, to the teachers, to the whole serene environment. :)

2. 3 learning insights from this trip.

- Learnt a lot of river studies and coastal studies.
- Learnt the relationship between the different Woodland coupes.
- Learnt about the British's way of life and culture, and also about British's war history.
